1. Focus on diet manipulation

Diet is the fastest way to lose a lot of weight. It's way better than exercise. The best thing you need to remember about any diet you are on is to get at least 20 grams of protein at each meal. Why is that? Because the protein does 2 things.

First, it speeds up your metabolism. Obviously that's a good thing since it forces your body to burn off more calories while you go about doing whatever it is you do during the day and night. Second, protein helps to act as a "BUFFER" to blood sugar spikes caused by simple sugar, carb dominant foods that you are eating.

So if you eat something that has a lot of sugar in it, the protein slows down it's release into your blood. You have lots of options with proteins... I prefer black beans because you can use it as a side dish to many different meals. It's my SNEAKY WAY to get that protein and fiber in there. (Side note: The fiber in black beans also helps fill you up so you eat less of the meal.)

2. Take a cold shower

Ok, WAIT. You don't need to take a cold shower the whole time. Take your normal shower. All I ask is that you switch over the water to really cold and rinse off with that cold water for 15 seconds once you're done with your normal shower. Why do this crazy thing? It's all about making your body burn off body fat to warm itself up.

This is called thermogenesis. This is great because your body will do this extra fat burning for hours and hours.

This is a great way on how to lose 2 dress sizes fast while still allowing yourself to eat your favorite foods.
