Moreover after the feed, your breast won't be full, facilitating exercise without any problem. You must wear a well supported bra while doing the exercise.

To lose weight after childbirth, you must follow a healthy food habit. Have lots of fruits, cereals, whole grain items, vegetables. Stay away from empty calorie foods like pizzas, ice-creams, and the like.
