After giving birth, you can use up that stored fat by breastfeeding your baby and you would surely lose 500 to 700 calories each day.

3. You Don't Need Strenuous Exercise, Just Walk. I know you are still not up to going on full blast with regards to exercising and you actually don't have to. Just take regular walks everyday in the park or in the neighborhood and that is already enough to burn up some calories and some of those fat on your hips too.
You also get the bonus of showing off your baby.However, you should not forget that getting back in shape requires time so don't rush your body.

Remember, you've just gotten through a tough time of bearing your child and showing him the world.
