Then add 2 packets to each water. It makes the water really sweet. So sweet that you won't miss your diet sodas or normal sodas. Just try it with 1 box and prove me wrong.

2. If you go to the gym, you must do this 1 exercise every time there

That exercise... walking on an inclined treadmill. You may already walk on a treadmill. Great. But it's not good enough. After becoming a mother most of the women's thoughts are focused on how to get in shape after pregnancy. Don't lose heart... there are various effective ways to do it.

By doing exercise you can get back to your pre pregnancy figure fast. The need is for caution. What type of exercise you should go for and when to start them after delivery is the most important point.

Normally, it is safer to start after six weeks in case of normal delivery and after eight weeks of caesarian delivery. It is best to consult your doctor before starting it to be on the safer side.

1. Have at least 1 soup and 1 salad each day before meals

Soups and salads are filling, yet they contain few calories. (One note... please make the soup from scratch since most canned soups have too many useless calories and ingredients). The purpose of these soups and salads have to do with CALORIE BLOCKING. Basically, they block out calories from the meals because you will get full sooner and thus eat less of the meal. Pretty simple and to the point, yeah? So make it happen.

2. Use lentils and black beans as side dish fillers for meals

Ok, these 2 foods are SUPERFOODS in my book. They're both packed with lots of fiber and protein and they're CHEAP! These bad boys fill you up big time. As you can tell, I'm still allowing you to eat your normal foods... I'm just making it so you eat less of them without you even trying to eat less. If you can get in 1 can of black beans each day and or 4 ounces of lentils... you're well on your way to losing plenty of weight.

3. Snacks that work for weight loss

These snacks either have fiber or protein in them. Not the simple sugar carbs that most junk foods have. Top choices as far as I'm concerned... apples, beef jerky, yogurts, or string cheese. Plenty of variety there. Hope that solves the boredom factor.

For last 15 year I am helping people who want to reduce weight and lead a healthy and fit life. After all that time I have come to realize this shocking fact. Then you have your sub-conscious, which is the part that grows your hair, your nails, pumps blood around your body and so on.This is a very powerful thing to know, because most people fail in their diets because they do not have the sub-conscious mind working with them, and so it sabotages their efforts. weight loss,It sounds so simple but yet it's very hard to do if you don't have the right tools. Sure someone telling you to eat right and exercise. Sounds easy but when you get on the scale and you see a slight change or don't see anything at all, it gets frustrating.Eating right is something that takes practice and time. If it wasn't for this website I don't know how else I would have learned.

That's why I want to pass along this information. Life gets so hectic and you reach for the easy way and it puts pounds on your body. We all know the big do's and don't's. Fast food is a big NO. Processed food is a big NO. Now what are you left with, vegetables and meat.

weight loss Sounds simple but I found it was a little difficult until I learned from my mistakes.Choosing your meat is very simple. Lean cuts of meat are the best. You can find them at any store or butcher.

Chicken is your best choice and add in your weekly menu sirloin steak and pork. Stay away from ground meats unless you can get the 95% lean ones or mix ground turkey or pork with ground meat. It lowers the fat calories. Now just portion the meat to about 3 oz or make a fist and that is the size the piece of meat should be.

After you do this many times it gets easier. You can cook this anyway you would like except frying. I'll give you an example.A great way of making chicken tenders without all the fat, which is my families favorite. Take frozen then thawed or fresh chicken and cut into stripes. You want to bread them. So use egg white and a little water in one bowl and use dried parsley, pepper and oat bran in the next bowl. Take your chicken, coat in the egg and then the oat bran mix. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven.

They taste fantastic. They are my easy way to get my children to eat healthy.Now vegetables should be very easy if you have a produce store by you. Try and always buy fresh vegetables. Canned are ok but watch the calories and salt. Take for example: green beans, only 20 calories but 380 mg in sodium. I've learned to look at the big picture of all the nutrition facts versus just the fat and calories. That is one mistake I was making. Life does take over and you don't have time to start from scratch. I have a few tips I've been doing. Go to your produce store on a day you have about 2 hours. Buy many different vegetables in large quantities. Make sure it's things you can cook and freeze.

Like onions, green/wax beans, carrots, you get the picture. Keep in mind this is just one pot. Cut and boil the green/wax beans then place in a bowl full of ice and cold water. This keeps the green color and stops then from cooking anymore. When fully cooled, dry and place in a freezer bag. It takes a good hour or two to get everything cut up, cooked and bagged. During the week for dinner take out veggies from freezer, pop in the microwave and add slivers of almonds. Now your fresh vegetables will be done in the same time it took to cook your meat without going to the store.

Another tip is just cut green/yellow/orange/red peppers or onions and place in a freezer bag. They are not good for a salad but they are great to add to your meal. I've used them in sauces or to top off a great piece of sirloin. When in a pinch and you have no fresh vegetables, you can use canned. But rinse the vegetables before cooking and you can reduce some of the sodium.Exercise. I'm still finding time to do this but get in a routine and it gets easier.

Here are a few tips. I was under the assumption that you need to have a full hour to workout or exercise. If you are able to take 15 minutes here and 15 minutes there, before you know it you worked out an hour.There are exercises you can do while you are working. Take heavy books in each hand and lift at your side in your chair. Suck in your tummy and then push it out. Use your 15 minute break to walk around the building or neighborhood. Park further away when working/shopping, keep in mind daylight savings time. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Now some of these depend on where you work. So keep this in mind when picking each 15 minute workout.

Body Mass Index has been used around the world by doctors, nurses and all other types of healthcare individuals to check to see if you are overweight or obese. In fact recent clinical findings show that almost a quarter of all adults are obese. Obviously, we all know the risks of being obese that we develop heart disease, strokes, diabetes and all manner of other problems like wear and tear on the joints, low self-esteem, depression etc. And, lets be honest, it looks disgusting. We want to be fit and healthy, look good, feel good and enjoy our lives.

So what can BMI or body mass index do for us?

First, we must understand that although BMI does a good job of telling us if a person is obese or overweight, it does not take into account a person's body fat content.

How to calculate BMI Calculating your BMI is done by dividing your weight (measured in kilograms) by your heigh (measured in metres squared) and then classified as follows:
If your BMI is under 18.5, you are considered underweight (so that's none of us reading this, right?!)

If you fall between 18.5 and 25, you are at your ideal weight range - concentrate on toning and firming your muscles, but not necessarily on dieting. Of course, still eat healthily!
Between 25 and 30 BMI is overweight and you should get yourself on a diet and exercise plan. If you have a BMI of between 30 and 40, you are obese and you must do something about your weight.

A BMI of over 40 is very obese and it is critical to lose excess weight or face lifelong health problems.
Times when BMI might be inaccurate are when you are an athlete or very muscular. And obviously if you are pregnant, BMI is never going to be accurate.

All of these are great questions to ask on your way to slimming down before your vacation. What are your goals? What are your hobbies? The more you want to slim down, the more physical you want your exercise to be. You need to combine multiple ways to shock your belly fat... diet, supplements, and cardio. Here is 1 of each that will force your belly fat to disappear.

1. Supplement - Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Using this alone, a lot of my clients lose 5-8 pounds in 10-13 days. Not all of them do lose weight using this, but a high percentage do. It's worth a try since extra virgin coconut oil only costs about $12 for a jar.
The jar will last you the whole 10-13 days.
What you do is take 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil 2 times a day on an empty stomach between meals. I prefer you to do this between breakfast and lunch... and lunch and dinner.
That's it. The "healthy fats" in the coconut oil will do the rest.
Be sure the label says "extra virgin' on it. You don't want the regular coconut oil.

2. Diet - Eat 1 can of black beans and 1 pound of broccoli/cauliflower each day

These are "BULK" foods with plenty of fiber... and they're cheap. They fill you up so you won't go hungry, while providing you VERY FEW calories. The fiber is key here.
I recommend you eat 1/2 can of black beans at breakfast and 1/2 at lunch. For the broccoli/cauliflower, I recommend you eat 1/2 of a frozen bag at lunch and half at dinner.
You probably aren't too happy about this choice, but if you were to do it 1-2 days... you'll see the incredible weight loss effects it'll have for you.


3. Exercise - 5 minute Hindu Squat

For this to work good, you need to squat fast. No weights are involved... just your body. Basically, you pump out as many squats as you can in 5 minutes. Try to do this non-stop or rest very shortly (15 seconds after every 15 squats).
The ideal goal... 100 or more squats in 5 minutes.
This is a tough exercise when done correctly. But it peels off body fat FAST. Push yourself. You need to fight for this weight loss... don't just give up. Don't let your fat win.

1. The "hot hands" belly rub

This is what you do...
Rub your hands together. Do this for 25 seconds or whatever. Just create some kinetic heat on them. Then, while you lie down on your bed, rub circles around your belly button. Do this for 20-30 seconds.
Then stop... rub your hands together for another 10 seconds... and repeat. Do this for a total of 2-3 minutes, twice a day for best results.
Once in the morning and once at night.
The theory behind why this works... the heat from your hands basically burn off fat cells in your stomach. The heat passes directly past your skin and into the fat cells.
The heat basically burns them alive. They don't like heat. Now, it'll take some time to get rid of all the fat cells doing this, but repeated exposure to this type of heat will eliminate and burn the stomach fat out.


2. The isometric ab squeeze

This helps to flatten your abs. What you do is tighten up your abs and squeeze them together. As hard as you can. Then hold for as long as you can.
Release, rest a few seconds, then repeat. This also can be done while lying on your bed. I suggest you do it for 3-6 minutes a day, depending on how quickly you want to solve your belly fat problem.
